WEEKLY PRICES; INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
- Extras like normal use of gas, electricity and water -except heating-.
- Linen and towels -no beach towels-, the linen will be changed weekly, then towels twice a week.
- Cleaning service: the housemaid will be around 3 times a week for 2 hours.
EXTRA COSTS -have to be paid at the place:
Heating, chimney wood and phone is metered and charged locally.
Extra bed -including bedding and towels- 25,00 € per week
Baby cot -ages up to 4 years, including bedding and towels- 25,00 € per week

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
30% deposit at reservation, rest payment 42 days before arriving.

ARRIVEL/DEPARTURE: daily
