Located in the neighbourhood of villas called 'Areias dos Moinhos', about 2 kilometres from the beach and centre of Praia do Carvoeiro with its many varied shops and other establishments.

The nearest restaurants are approximately 600 metres away, and for those keen on sports there is a tennis complex a kilometer away.

    

This approx. 120m2 Villa accommodates two to four people and is in a 1,000m2 gardened plot with a lovely 10 x 5m pool which can be heated at extra cost. The Villa contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other, a shower) however only two of the rooms are rented out. The remaining bedroom is closed, being the owner's private property.

The main indoor area is a sitting/dining-room and includes a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining-room is connected to an interior area that can also be used for meals, and this has access to an upper terrace with a beautiful view. The living-room opens to a large terrace area and the pool, an outdoor shower and barbecue. The terrace furniture includes sun-loungers with sunshades. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine and dryer room. The sitting/dining-room and bedrooms are all fitted with air-conditioners. Outside, there is a car parking place.

ALL PRICES ARE PER WEEK AND INCLUDE:
  1. The costs covering normal gas, electricity and water consumption.
  2. Linen, excepting beach towels; bed linen, which is changed weekly, and hand towels which are changed twice weekly.
  3. Cleaning service, which takes two hours: three times per week.


SURPLUS COSTS PAYABLE DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD:
Air-conditioning, firewood and heating according to the consumption. Pool heating is chargeable at €100 in advance plus €20 per day.

PAYMENT TERMS:
30% booking deposit and the balance 42 days prior to commencement of the rental period.


Minimum rental period: 7 days
