WEEKLY PRICES; INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

1. Extras like normal use of gas, electricity and water -except heating-.
2. Linen and towels -no beach towels-, the linen will be changed weekly, then towels twice a week.
3. Cleaning service: daily cleaning service -except Sundays and holidays-, duration depends on the size of the building.

 


EXTRA COSTS -have to be paid at the place:
Heating is metered and charged locally.
Extra bed -including bedding and towels- 25,00  € per week
Baby cot -ages up to 4 years, including bedding and towels-   25,00  €  per week
Baby chair   25,00  €  per week

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
30% deposit at reservation, rest payment 42 days before arriving.
