This villa comprises 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Only 2 of these double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available for rent. The other bedroom and bathroom are for the owner's use when villa is free.
Villa "O GRILO" also has a sitting/dining-room with fireplace, satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, one upper veranda and a terrace with pool equipped with sunshades, chairs, shower and barbeque.
Part of the villa has under-floor heating and the remainder electrical heaters.
Cleaning woman will spend two hours daily to clean and tidy, except on Sundays and national holidays. A washing machine is available for private use and she will be willing to launder clothes against small payment. |
