  Location: A quiet area about 2 kms. from the picturesque centre of Praia do Carvoeiro, and 1 km from restaurants and shopping areas. This holiday resort extends from a slightly raised point down to the sea. The villas are in plots sized about 2,500m2, each having a private pool and a well maintained garden. There are ten tennis courts ( pay and play ), some with floodlighting. The Vale da Pinta and Gramacho golf courses are only 3 kms. away. Villa equipment: The villas, about 200 – 250m2 in area and for 4 – 8 guests are fitted out for full comfort. They have sitting/dining-rooms with fireplace, satellite TV, radio, telephone, complete kitchens with washing machine and dishwasher, several bedrooms with bathrooms, underfloor heating, roof terraces, pool furniture such as sun-loungers and sunshades. There is a pool toilet and shower cubicle, outside barbeque, car-parking area or garage. The villas are cleaned daily 3 hours except Sundays and national holidays, by a housekeeper in charge of keeping them clean and washed. Laundry work can be arranged with cleaning staff. A gardener deals with the garden, and pool maintenance service is carried out twice weekly by specialized staff.
